“The glamping was an absolute dream. We had never been glamping before, but Buffy made the whole experience so easy and smooth. From the woodfire and sweeping views to the spacious and impeccable tent (more of a cabin!), this was really unforgettable. A lovely little village shop not far (and pub, which we didn’t try, but looked as gorgeous as any), across fields and paths, with other really lovely walks through woods and fields nearby. Amazing to think we were so near London in some sense, but disconnected completely for the duration.”

Half Term Availability
8th May 2023
The weather is at last warming up and it’s time to think about an escape into the countryside. The view from our tents is at its most glorious at this time of year. The meadow is springing into life with grass seed heads waving in the breeze and flowers blooming. The birds seems to be singing their hearts out and we have sighted many mad spring hares rushing around!
Come and share the luxury interiors, the amazing views from the platform and a few days escape from ordinary life. Only and hour and half from London and 20 minutes from the A3 you can forgot queuing at ferry or air ports and relax.
We’ve even upgraded our water-heater system in Yellowhammer to take full advantage of the excess energy generated from our solar panels. It seems we might actually be seeing a return on years of investment in family members’ higher education! Don’t worry, you still have the fun of making a fire for your hot water – it just doesn’t take quite so long to get to temperature!

Unusually we have both tents available next weekend. The forecast is great – sunny intervals and temperatures around 20C. You couldn’t find a better place to relax and have a weekend away from it all in the stunning Hampshire countryside. The flowers are out, the birds are constantly singing and everything is green and fresh. Adults can relax on the decking while children enjoy the rope swing or build a den in the woods.

Half Term Availability

Half term and the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations are fast approaching and we can still offer you a stay away. This year, so that you can make the most of the bank holiday, we are offering a Wednesday – Sunday booking. Included in the price are all our usual conveniences – wood, kindling, luxurious bedding, toiletries, kitchen basics and no check-out time on the Sunday. Yes – stay as long as you are able, to squeeze every last minute out of the weekend.
Heat Wave Relaxation
10th May 2022
The next fortnight is forecast to be sunny and warm – and we have availability! Where better to relax in the open air? De-stress, chat, watch the hares and the kites, enjoy the view. Wander into the village for a meal at The Thomas Lord or a snack at the cafe. Buy prime BBQ meat from Buckinghams and cook it on our unique BBQs – all the while watching the sun set over the valley. I can’t emphasise enough how relaxing this place is. The tents truly are light and airy, and you can open them right up to get a breeze or enjoy the view right from the dining table or comfy sofa.

Opening soon
3rd March 2022
We have now begun setting up the tents ready for our first guests at the end of the month. It’s really exciting to see everything coming together and begin to sparkle. Spray painting of the stoves, cleaning the windows (so you can admire the lovely views), stocking up with wood, re-hanging the curtains – it’s all happening. In the meantime we enjoy watching the hares literally haring across the fields, the kites flying above us and the deer bobbing on their way.
When we have finished the interiors will be bright and sparkling again and we look forward to welcoming guests old and new for another season of glamping on the farm.
Autumn Breaks

We are now fully booked for the rest of the summer. But it’s not too late to be dreaming about an autumn break. The days are still warm, the evenings full of golden sunshine and the hedgerows full of fruit. We will even give a couple with only one child staying midweek a £100 discount. It’s a great time to be trying out our new firepits, with their snazy Swiss-style swinging arm. (I call them that because we were inspired to create them by one we saw in Switzerland.) The base is made from an old plough disc, that in its first life would have been used to cultivate the ground here at Brocklands.

We have some July availability. Sadly our foreign guests have had to cancel, and we now have some high-summer slots free. Chill on the deck, watch the sun set and the hares run.
